Our supported living services specialise in housing and support for young people and individuals with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and people with mental health needs. What is supported living like with DPR Housing? Supported living is designed to help people live their best happy lives filled with their own ambition. Whether it’s learning a new life skill such as making supper or budgeting, having the determination to take up a new hobby, make new friends, speak with your medical team, volunteering, group tenant activities, studying at college or employment, our team are here to support and encourage each goal, however big or small. We also facilitate family-carer groups.
DPR Housing Limited started off as a support service to older people with dementia, in 2012. This then grew to be supported living services, for people with high and complex supported living needs. DPR Housing Limited is registered at Companies House No: 11787954. Its registered office is 56 Kingsfield Road, Watford, Herts, WD19 4TR.
DPR Housing is a small-sized provider that is attentive to tenants with high and complex needs. This is possible because smaller organisations operate differently from large organisations.
We provide non-CQC regulated supported living tenancies (no personal care). Referring process is by local authorities that inspects and contract with our services to make sure they are safe, effective, responsive, compassionate, modern, and of high quality.

Our quality management team is hands-on to assess and examine support from multiple perspectives. Managers look at how well the support is planned and delivered and include observation and consultation with tenants we support, their families, and their staff. All managers and staff are familiar with the needs of tenants and changes. This means we can provide support and advice with a continuous improvement commitment.
Reeta Ram, Manager has in 2020, achieved her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young Peoples Services. In 1999, she qualified as a solicitor with the Law Society. She worked for 6 years in personal care including health and safety litigation. She also worked for two years in commercial litigation and corporate law in the house. She managed a large government contract for deploying CQC’s Experts by Experience to several hundred Care Quality Commission’s inspections in mental health and dementia care homes, hospitals, and supported living. She was responsible for quality control and delivering service to over 3000 inspections. Reeta is also since 2020, a Trustee to the skilled and diverse Board of Trustees, of a large charity, Thorngate Churcher Trust, Portsmouth. This charity has for over 150 years provided care and sheltered housing, with a dynamic and responsive reputation.
