Founding History of DPR

DPR Houses Limited started off as a support services to people with older people with dementia, since 2012. Tis then grew to supported living services, for people with High and complex supported living needs. DPR Housing Limited is registered at Companies House No: 11787954. It’s registered office is 56 Kingsfield Road, Watford, Herts, WD19 4TR.

Maggie’s Supported Housing has 6 bedrooms, in two shared houses. We provide support for adults who have high and complex supported living needs. We encourage adults to develop their skills, increase their self-confidence and live as independently as possible.

Internal quality monitoring

Our quality management team is hands-on to assess and examine support from multiple perspectives. Managers look at how well the support is planned and delivered and include observation and consultation with tenants we support, their families, and their staff. All managers and staff are familiar with the needs of tenants and changes. This means we can provide support and advice with a continuous improvement commitment.

We are led by a team of Directors and Managers,

Reeta Ram, Manager has in 2020, achieved her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young Peoples Services. In 1990, she qualified as a solicitor and worked for 6 years in personal care including health and safety litigation. She also worked for two years in commercial litigation and corporate law in house. She managed a large government
contract for deploying Experts by Experience to several hundred CQC inspections in MH and Dementia care homes, Hospitals and supported living. She was responsible for quality
control.
